9.1.14. Possible malfunctions, their reasons and methods of elimination

     The engine is not started
1. On the switchboard tension impulses from the contactless sensor do not arrive: - break in wires between the sensor distributor of ignition and the switchboard;
1. Do the following: - check wires and their connections; replace the damaged wires;
- the contactless sensor is faulty
- check the sensor by means of the transitional socket and the voltmeter; replace the faulty sensor
2. Current impulses on primary winding of the coil of ignition do not arrive: - break in the wires connecting the switchboard to the switch or to the ignition coil;
2. Do the following: - check wires and their connections; replace the damaged wires;
- the switchboard is faulty;
- check the switchboard an oscillograph; replace the faulty switchboard
- the ignition switch does not work
- check, replace a faulty contact part of the switch of ignition
3. High voltage to spark plugs does not move: - are leaky put in nests, tips of wires of high voltage came off or are oxidized; - wires are strongly polluted or their isolation is damaged;
3. Do the following: - check and restore connections, clear or replace wires;
- wear or damage of a contact piece of coal, its lag in an ignition sensor distributor cover;
- check and if necessary replace a contact piece of coal;
- leakage of current through cracks or progara in a cover or a rotor of the sensor distributor of ignition, through a deposit or moisture on an internal surface of a cover;
- check, clear a cover of moisture and a deposit, replace a cover and a rotor if in them there are cracks;
- burn-out of the resistor in an ignition sensor distributor rotor;
- replace the resistor;
- the ignition coil is damaged
- replace the ignition coil
4. Electrodes of spark plugs or a gap are greasy between
them does not meet standard
4. Clear candles and adjust a gap
between electrodes
5. Spark plugs are damaged (a crack on the insulator)
5. Replace candles new
6. The order of accession of wires of high voltage to ignition sensor distributor cover conclusions is broken
