8.6.2. Dismantling and assembly of a forward door

Wring out the socket 3 and shift to a full exit facing 2 handles 1 (fig. 8.14) of a window regulator. Remove the handle and facing.

Having turned out screws, remove the handle of an armrest 3 (see fig. 8.13) and a door upholstery pocket. By means of the screw-driver remove facing of the internal handle 4 doors. Turn out the button of 1 switching off of the lock.
Remove the handle of regulation of an external mirror of the 5th rear view, internal facing and, having turned out fastening screws, remove a mirror.
Overcoming resistance of spring plastic holders, remove an upholstery 2 doors. Remove from a door a sealant of lowering glass. Through openings of the internal panel of a door remove protective plates.
Turn out screws of fastening and remove the directing fillets of lowering glass down, then disconnect a holder of 12 (fig. 8.14) of glass from a plate 13, turn off nuts of fastening of a window regulator, remove it and take out at the top lowering glass.

Part of cars is completed with window regulators with the electric drive (fig. 8.15).
Raising of glass is carried out by torque transmission from a motor-reducer to the 5th mechanism 4 window regulators and further by vertical movement of a cable 8 with the plate of the 6th fastening of lowering glass fixed on it.
Before dismantling of a door and the subsequent removal of a window regulator it is necessary to disconnect the switch 8 (see fig. 8.13) from the socket of a motor-reducer of 5 (fig. 8.15). Remove a window regulator, unscrew support 3 and disconnect a motor-reducer.

Disconnect from the lock of draft of 4 (fig. 8.16), 7 and 13, external 9 and internal 11 handles of a door. Turn off two nuts of fastening and remove the external handle of a door.

In case of a car complete set electroblocking of locks of doors (fig. 8.17) after removal of an upholstery of a door disconnect the socket of a motor-reducer 18 and draft 17.
Turn out screws and remove the lock 8 (see fig. 8.16). Take out the internal handle of a door assembled with an arm 10, having turned out previously fastening screws.
If necessary turn out screws of fastening and remove the limiter of opening of a door.
Execute assembly of a door upside-down. For reliable fastening grease a carving of screws of the lock and a clamp with sealant of the UG-9 type. Before installation of an upholstery of a door check a condition of holders.

To make dismantling and assembly of a back door similar to a lobby (fig. 8.18).
