6.6.4. Check of the regulator at the stand

Install the regulator of pressure upon the stand and connect it, as shown in fig. 6.18. Fix the end of the elastic lever in load adaptation 3. Pump over system via the valve 1. Check tightness of connection of the regulator to the stand (leaks are not allowed).
Adjust effort on the elastic lever load adaptation so that pressure of inclusion was (3±0,1) MPa [(30±1) kgfs/cm2].
For determination of pressure of inclusion use M1 and Sq.m manometers. Give on entrances And yes the D pulsing pressure of 0-8 MPas (0–80 kgfs/cm2) with a frequency about 1 Hz. Execute 15–20 cycles for extra earnings of details of the regulator. Then give on entrances And yes the D pressure of 8 MPas (80 kgfs/cm2). Indications of the Sq.m manometer there have to be 3,7–4,5 MPas (37–45 kgfs/cm2).

Check operation of the regulator of pressure in the range of pressure from 3 to 10 MPas (from 30 to 100 kgfs/cm2) on entrances of A and D. Pressure at the exit In (indications of the Sq.m manometer) has to keep within the shaded zone (fig. 6.19).

Indications of M3 and Sq.m manometers (see fig. 6.18) should not differ more than on 0,4 MPas (4 kgfs/cm2) in the range of pressure from 0 to 10 MPas (from 0 to 100 kgfs/cm2) on regulator entrances.
