6.6.2. Check and adjustment of the drive of the regulator of pressure

Install the car on the elevator or a viewing ditch. The car has to stand on wheels, to be in the equipped state.
Prozhmite a back part of the car, putting 2–3 times the effort in 392–490 N (40–50 kgfs) directed from top to down to a rear bumper of the car for installation of a back suspension bracket in average situation.

Establish between levers of a back suspension bracket and a body of a bar 1 (fig. 6.16, b) for fixing of a body in this situation.

Preliminary estimate of setup of the drive of the regulator of pressure can be determined by a gap between the lower part of the lever 5 (see fig. 6.3) the drive of the regulator of pressure and a spring 7. The gap has to be within 2–2,1 mm.
Adjustment of the drive of the regulator of pressure is carried out by means of adaptation 67.7834.9512 for what:
– disconnect an earring 11 (see fig. 6.3) from a finger of an arm of the lever of a back suspension bracket and lower an earring down. Install on an axis of an arm of the lever of a back suspension bracket adaptation (see fig. 6.16a) for adjustment of the drive of the regulator of pressure in situation at which the emphasis And the lever 2 devices rested against the shelf of a connector of levers of a back suspension bracket;
– hook on capture of a rope of freight 6 for a bracket 5, and throw a rope through a roller 3 and, having slightly pressed freight approximately with effort 4,9 N (0,5 kgfs) down, lower freight [the mass of freight has to be equal (1,5±0,05) kg];
– be convinced that the lever 4 does not touch the lever of a back suspension bracket;
– establish a template 1 on an axis of an arm of the lever of a back suspension bracket and check whether the lever 4 drives of the regulator of pressure enters a template groove. It indicates correctness of adjustment of the drive at which the distance between the center of an axis of an arm of the lever of a back suspension bracket and an axis of the lever 4 is equal (28±0,2) mm.
In case of the wrong adjustment of the drive weaken bolts 16 and 2 (see fig. 6.3) fastenings of the regulator of pressure, insert into openings And yes Into pins of the special lever and move an arm before coincidence of an axis of the lever 10 of the drive of the regulator of pressure and an axis of a groove of a template. In this situation tighten bolts 16 and 2 fastenings of the regulator of pressure, and having convinced of correctness of adjustment, connect an earring 11 to an arm of the lever of a back suspension bracket.
