4.2.6. Assembly and installation of a back suspension bracket

You carry out assembly and installation of a back suspension bracket as it should be, the return to dismantling and removal, taking into account the following:
– you carry out a press fitting of the rubber-metal hinge to the plug of the lever of a suspension bracket by adaptation 67.7823.9537;

– install the shock-absorber so that the point "In" (see fig. 4.22) on the lower cup was turned towards a wheel;
– bolts of fastening of the lower eyes of shock-absorbers and a nut of bolts of fastening to arms tighten respectively the moments 74,5–96 and 66,6–82,3 N · m (7,6–9,8 and 6,8–8,4 kgfs · l) at static load of 3136 N (320 kgfs);
– nuts of fastening of arms of levers of a suspension bracket tighten the moments of 31,4-39,2 N · m (3,2–4,1 kgfs · l);

– at the compelled replacement of bearings of naves of back wheels you watch that the mandrel at a press fitting of the new bearing in a nave pressed only on an external ring of the bearing. After a press fitting establish a lock ring 3 (see fig. 4.24) and press an axis of 1 nave. At the same time the mandrel has to press on an internal ring of the bearing. After replacement of the bearing, establish new or former in the use, but on other car, a nut and tighten its moment 186,3–225,6 N · m (19–23 kgfs · l), at the same time turning a nave in both directions; stop a nut.
Elimination of a side play in bearings of naves of wheels is not allowed by a nut inhaling. The moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of naves of forward and back wheels has to correspond strictly to the size specified in the appendix 1.

       NOTE
In naves of forward and back wheels the ball two-row bearings with sealants which are not demanding replacement of lubricant and adjustment in use of the car are used. At a vypressovka of naves of wheels bearings collapse. Therefore the vypressovka of naves needs to be carried out only in cases of the increased noise of bearings or significant increase in a gap to them: more than 0,015 mm — in lobbies and more than 0,030 – in back.

On a suspension bracket establish springs of the same class what is established on a forward suspension bracket.

       NOTE
Springs of a back suspension bracket on length under control loading are divided into two classes: And yes Century. Springs of a class A are marked yellow (brown) * by paint on outer side of average rounds, a class B — green (blue) *.

In exceptional cases, when on a forward suspension bracket class A springs are established and if for a back suspension bracket of springs there is no such class, installation on a back suspension bracket of springs of a class B is allowed. But installation on a back suspension bracket of springs of a class A is inadmissible if on a forward suspension bracket class B springs are established.
After installation of a suspension bracket pump over the brake system as it is described in section 6.
