4.2.4. Dismantling and assembly of shock-absorbers

Dismantling
The order of dismantling of the shock-absorber differs slightly from the sequence of dismantling of a rack of a forward suspension bracket, namely:

Fig. 4.23. Details of the shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket: 1 – return valve nut; 2 – return valve spring; 3 – plate of the return valve; 4 – washer; 5 – return valve disks; 6 – throttle disk of the valve of return; 7 – piston; 8 – piston ring; 9 – plate of the perepuskny valve; 10 – spring of the perepuskny valve; 11 – restrictive plate; 12 – remote plug; 13 – tank; 14 – rod; 15 – compression buffer support; 16 – nut; 17 – epiploon holder; 18 – protective ring of a rod; 19 – epiploon; 20 – sealing ring of the tank; 21 – the directing rod plug; 22 – cylinder; 23 – compression valve holder; 24 – spring of the inlet valve; 25 – plate of the compression valve; 26 – throttle disk of the valve of compression; 27 – compression valve disks; 28 – compression valve case; 29 – rubber-metal hinge

– after removal of a support 15 (see fig. 4.23) buffers of compression and an otvertyvaniye of a nut the 16th key 67.7811.9510, take out from the tank the working cylinder 22 with a rod 14 and its details;
– a key 67.7824.9518–005 take out the directing plug of 21 rods from the working cylinder, and then the piston with a rod and merge liquid;
– using the receptions described when dismantling a rack of a forward suspension bracket disassemble valves of compression and return and remove all details from a rod.
Assembly
Assembly of the shock-absorber is carried out in the return sequence, at the same time press the valve of compression in the cylinder a mandrel 67.7824.9513–004, and for simplification of assembly of the details located on a rod use a guide 67.7824.9518–003. A nut of the tank tighten a key 67.7824.9518–002 [the moment of an inhaling of 68,6-88,2 N · m (7–9 kgfs · l)].
