3.2.3. Dismantling of the transmission

Wash out the transmission, without allowing hit of water in a case, and install it on the stand for dismantling. Remove an arm of a suspension bracket of the power unit and an arm of fastening of a cable of switching off of coupling.

Having turned off nuts, remove a back cover 35 (see fig. 3.7) a case of the transmission and sealing laying.
Stop a main shaft adaptation 41.7816.4070 and turn off nuts 32 with primary 3 and secondary 6 shaft. Turn off a bolt of fastening of a fork of the V transfer on a rod and remove from vents of a secondary shaft the synchronizer of 31 V transfers assembled, a fork of the V transfer, a gear wheel 30 with the needle bearing Press the plug of a gear wheel of the V transfer and remove a washer 33. Then press a gear wheel 34 from a main shaft.
Impact driver unscrew screws of fastening and remove a persistent plate 29 and adjusting rings from bearings 28 and 36 of primary and secondary shaft.
Turn off four stoppers of clamps and take out from nests of a spring and balls of clamps.
Turn off a bolt and nuts of fastening of a case of the transmission to a case of coupling and remove a case from hairpins.
Having turned off bolts of fastening of forks on gear shifting rods, remove rods and forks. Take out an axis and remove an intermediate gear wheel of a backing.

Take out at the same time primary and secondary shaft (fig. 3.12) from roller bearings of a case of coupling, and then remove differential. Vypressuyte external rings of bearings of shaft and differential from a coupling case, using strippers 67.7801.9529 and 67.7801.9530.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the mechanism of the choice of transfers (fig. 3.13) and remove it.
Unscrew the screw of fastening of the lever of the choice of transfers, remove it from a rod, and take out a rod from a coupling case.

       NOTE
Needlessly do not remove the hinge and the lever of the choice of transfers as conic screws of their fastening are installed on special glue from a rod of the choice of transfers.

In need of dismantling of a secondary shaft clamp it in a vice with slips from soft material and a universal stripper press the ball bearing from a shaft. The bearing from a main shaft is similarly pressed. Then remove from a secondary shaft the conducted gear wheels IV, III, II and I transfers and synchronizers assembled in the order specified fig. 3.14. Remove a lock ring of a nave of the synchronizer I and II of transfers. Assembled press synchronizers on the press or a stripper And. 40005/1/6. If necessary disassemble synchronizers.

       NOTE
Needlessly do not sort a secondary shaft and do not press synchronizers assembled from a shaft not to reduce a tightness in shlitsevy connection. Do not disassemble needlessly synchronizers not to break the correct assembly. Do not press off epiploons if they are not worn-out from a case and are not damaged.

Sort differential in the following order:

– in need of replacement of the conducted gear wheel turn off bolts of its fastening and press a gear wheel of 7 (fig. 3.15) from a box of the 5th differential;
– remove a lock ring 2 from an axis of 1 satellites and a vypressuyta an axis;
– take out from a differential box semi-axial gear wheels 3 and satellites 6;
– if it is necessary, then press bearings from a differential box, using an emphasis 67.7853.9582 and a universal stripper.

If necessary disassemble the mechanism of the choice of transfers for what turn off a nut of fastening of axis 6 (fig. 3.16) of the lever of the choice of transfers and remove lock rings from an axis of a fork of a backing and from an axis of 7 blocking brackets, remove a fork of the 8th backing, the lever 4 choice of transfers assembled with a blocking bracket 5, axis 6 of the lever and a spring 11 with a persistent washer 10.
If necessary remove the speedometer drive for what turn off a nut of its fastening and, supporting the roller of the conducted gear wheel, take out the speedometer drive.
