On the car the five-speed transmission integrated with differential and the main transfer is installed.

The main shaft 3 (fig. 3.7) is executed in the form of the block of the leading gear wheels of the I-IV transfers and with a removable gear wheel of the V transfer which are in continuous gearing with the conducted gear wheels of all transfers of the forward course. The conducted gear wheels are located on needle bearings on secondary to a shaft 5. Except them on a shaft three synchronizers are installed. The secondary shaft and the leading gear wheel of the main transfer are integrated.
The differential is two-satellite. The preliminary tightness in bearings of differential is regulated by selection of thickness of a ring 18. To a flange of a box of differential the conducted gear wheel of the 16th main transfer fastens.

The drive of control of the transmission consists of the lever 10 (fig. 3.8) of gear shifting, a spherical support 12, draft 8, a rod of the 6th choice of transfers and the mechanism of the choice and gear shifting.
On the internal end of a rod 6 the lever 5 which affects the trekhplechy lever of the mechanism 3 choice of transfers is fixed. This mechanism is executed by separate knot and 4 couplings fasten to the case plane.

In the case 1 (fig. 3.9) of the mechanism of the choice of transfers two axes fasten. On axis 4 the trekhplechy lever of the choice of transfers, two blocking brackets 8 and 13 are installed. Other axis 3 passes through an opening of a nave of blocking brackets, fixing them from a provorachivaniye. The lever shoulder 2 choice of transfers serves for inclusion of transfers of the forward course, a shoulder 11 – for inclusion of a backing, and the third shoulder is affected by the lever 5 (see fig. 3.8) a rod of the 6th choice of transfers. In a nave of the lever of the choice of transfers the clamp 9 is built in (see fig. 3.9). On axis 7 the fork of the 10th inclusion of a backing is established.
