3.1.5. Check of technical condition and control of coupling

Check of a condition of the leading part of coupling.

Fix a press disk 3 (fig. 3.4) assembled with a press spring 1 and a casing 2 on adaptation with an intermediate ring 4, =8,3±0,025 mm thick. This adaptation replaces a flywheel with the conducted disk.
Make control, having switched off coupling three times the switching off course within 7–8 mm, putting loading to petals of a press spring 1 on diameter of C=34 of mm at the same time:
– check that to the course of switching off of 7,5±0,1 mm there corresponds the course of a press disk 3 not less than 1,4 mm;
– the difference of sizes of withdrawal of a press disk 3 no more than 0,25 mm measured in three points "Е" (see fig. 3.4);
– the size "A" has to be within 29–31 mm;
– loading on petals of a press spring 1 on diameter "With" at the course (7,5±0,1) mm has to be no more than 1350 N.
Check of a condition of the conducted disk
Frictional overlays of the conducted disk need to be replaced new in a case:
– emergence of cracking;
– reduction of distance between a head of a rivet and a working surface of a slip to 0,2 mm;
– uneven wear and unilateral teases.

When replacing overlays of the conducted disk 2 (fig. 3.5) use adaptation 67.7822.9529.

If a beating of working surfaces of frictional slips more than 0,5 mm, then correct the conducted disk a key of 67.7813.9503 (fig. 3.6) or replace it new.

Ottyazhny spring 9 (see fig. 3.2) pedals of coupling and an ottyazhny spring of a pedal of a brake identical. At loading [(117,6±5,9) N (12±0,6) kgfs] length of a spring has to be 160 mm, at loading [(12,74±1,2) N (1,3±0,2) kgfs] – 80 mm.
Check of a condition of a cable
Fastening of tips of a cable and lead has to be reliable. The cable has to move freely in a cover. The cover of a cable should not have damages and zalom, the rubber buffer and a protective cover — cracks and rushes. During the weakening of tips, damage of a cover of a cable and other its elements replace a cable new.
