3.1.4. Removal and installation of coupling and its drive

Removal.
For removal of a cable of the drive of coupling turn off the lower adjusting nut 5 and take out the lower tip 4 covers of a cable from a nest of an arm 2. Then disconnect a lead 7 from the coupling switching off fork lever 8. Remove a lock bracket 13 from a finger of a pedal and disconnect a cable 10 from a pedal 1. Take a cable 10 assembled with the buffer and a holder 12 of a body front guard.
In need of removal of a pedal of coupling remove an ottyazhny spring of a pedal of a brake and an ottyazhny spring 9 pedals of coupling, remove a lock bracket from a finger of a pedal of a brake and disconnect a brake pedal from a fork of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier. Remove a lock bracket 13 from an axis of 14 pedals and take out an axis of pedals from an opening of an arm 15, remove pedals of coupling 1 and brakes 18 assembled with plugs 17 and 16.

Coupling assembled: 1 – roller bearing of a main shaft; 2 – basic plug of a fork of switching off of coupling; 3 – press spring; 4 – coupling casing; 5 – coupling switching off bearing; 6 – press disk; 7 – the conducted disk; 8 – flywheel; 9 – main shaft of the transmission; 10 – scale; 11 – a bolt of fastening of coupling to a flywheel; 12 – coupling switching off fork plug; 13 – coupling case; 14 – coupling switching off fork; 15 – coupling switching off fork lever

For removal of a fork of switching off of coupling, take out the plug 12 (see fig. 3.1) from a case of the 13th coupling, then take a fork.
For removal of the conducted coupling disk 7 previously remove the transmission (see subsection. "Transmission"), then turn off bolts of the 11th fastening of a casing 4 couplings to a flywheel 8 and remove a casing 4 assembled with a press disk 6; at the same time the conducted clutch plate is released.
Installation of coupling and its drive is carried out to the sequences of the return to removal, taking into account the following:
– clear and wash out vent white spirit in a nave of the conducted disk and on primary to a transmission shaft, check a condition of shliyets;

       NOTE
Lubricant is not applied on vents of the conducted disk and a vent of a main shaft of the transmission since the lubricant which coked up in use can lead to jamming of the conducted disk.

– establish coupling, having arranged the conducted disk the acting part of a nave towards a press disk and center a disk concerning a flywheel the mandrel of A.70081 (fig. 3.3) replacing shlitsevy the end of a main shaft of the transmission.
