3.1.1. Features of the device

Fig. 3.1. Coupling assembled: 1 – roller bearing of a main shaft; 2 – basic plug of a fork of switching off of coupling; 3 – press spring; 4 – coupling casing; 5 – coupling switching off bearing; 6 – press disk; 7 – the conducted disk; 8 – flywheel; 9 – main shaft of the transmission; 10 – scale; 11 – a bolt of fastening of coupling to a flywheel; 12 – coupling switching off fork plug; 13 – coupling case; 14 – coupling switching off fork; 15 – coupling switching off fork lever

Coupling of constantly closed type, one-disk, dry, with a diaphragm central press spring of 3 (fig. 3.1) and a quencher of tortional fluctuations (damper) on the conducted disk 7.
The conducted part of coupling — the conducted disk 7 assembled with frictional slips and a damper is on vents of a main shaft 9 of the transmission, and at the included coupling nestles on a flywheel the 8th press disk 6 under the influence of a press spring 3.
The leading part of coupling consists of a press disk 6, a press spring 3 and a casing 4. The casing 4 couplings fastens to a flywheel 8 six bolts 11 and is aligned by three pins.
The coupling drive hummock, bezzazorny — is absent a gap between the bearing 5 of switching off of coupling and petals of a press spring 3.

Coupling drive: 1 – coupling pedal; 2 – arm of fastening of the lower tip of a cover of a cable; 3 – cable cover; 4 – lower tip of a cover of a cable; 5 – nut; 6 – protective cover; 7 – cable lead; 8 – coupling switching off fork lever; 9 – ottyazhny spring of a pedal of coupling; 10 – cable; 11 – top tip of a cover of a cable; 12 – holder; 13 – lock brackets; 14 – axis of pedals; 15 – arm of pedals of coupling and brake; 16 – remote plug; 17 – coupling pedal plugs; 18 – brake pedal; And — a cable lead element; X — the coupling pedal course

In an arm of 15 (fig. 3.2) pedals of coupling 1 and brakes 18 on axis 14 are located. To a pedal of coupling the top part of a cable 10 fastens. The lower part of a cable 10 fastens by means of a lead 7 to the coupling switching off fork lever 8. The cable 10 is located in a cover 3. The top tip of the 11th cover of a cable fastens in an opening of a guard of a front of a body resting against a holder of the 12th rubber buffer. The lower tip 4 fastens two nuts 5 to an arm 2. The key parameter defining operation of the drive of coupling is the course of the "X" pedal of coupling against the stop in a body floor rug.
