2.15.10. Fuel pressure regulator

Function of the regulator consists in maintenance of constant pressure difference on nozzles. The regulator of pressure compensates change of loading of the engine, increasing fuel pressure at increase in pressure in an inlet pipe (at increase in opening of a butterfly valve).
At reduction of pressure in an inlet pipe (reduction of opening of a butterfly valve) the regulator reduces fuel pressure. At the same time the valve of the regulator opens and excess fuel on the drain highway merges back in the fuel tank.
At the included ignition, the idle engine and the working electrogasoline pump fuel pressure in a stage of nozzles makes 300±6 kPa.
The lowered pressure of fuel leads to violation of operation of the engine.
