2.11.4. Dismantling and assembly of a head of cylinders

Dismantling. If replacement only of any one detail is required, then it is possible not to sort completely a head of cylinders and to remove only what is necessary for replacement.
Establish a head of cylinders on a support, remove a receiver with a throttle branch pipe, and then a plait of wires of nozzles, a fuel stage, an inlet pipe and a final collector.
Remove the taking-away branch pipe of a shirt of cooling of the engine with temperature sensor. Turn out the sensor of the index of temperature of cooling liquid, the sensor of a control lamp of pressure of oil and a spark plug.
Turn off nuts and a bolt and remove a cap with laying from the back party of a head of cylinders.

Remove cases of bearings 3 and 6 (fig. 2.49) of the camshaft. Take out the camshaft 2 of support of a head of cylinders and remove from it an epiploon 7.

Take out from openings of a head of cylinders pushers of 11 (fig. 2.50) of valves with adjusting washers 10. Exempt valves from crackers 9, squeezing springs of valves adaptation 67.7823.9505 (fig. 2.51). Remove springs with plates. Turn a head of cylinders and take out valves from the lower party. Remove maslootrazhatelny caps from the directing plugs and basic washers of springs.
Assembly. Establish basic washers of springs. Oil engine valves and new maslootrazhatelny caps (old to use it is not allowed). A mandrel to 41.7853.4016 napressuyta on the caps directing plugs. Insert valves into the directing plugs, establish springs and plates of springs.
Squeezing springs adaptation 67.7823.9505, establish crackers of valves. Insert into openings of a head of cylinders pushers of valves with adjusting washers.

Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of cylinders and cases of bearings of the remains of old laying, dirt and oil. Put adjusting plugs (fig. 2.52) of cases of bearings of the camshaft.

Oil engine basic necks and cams of the camshaft and lay it in support of a head of cylinders in such situation that cams of the first cylinder were sent (fig. 2.53) up.

In a zone of extreme support of the camshaft apply sealant of the KLT-75TM type or sealant of the TB-1215 type of Three Bond (fig. 2.54) similar to it on the surfaces of a head of cylinders which are interfaced to cases of bearings.

       NOTE
It is allowed to start the engine not earlier than in 1 h after putting sealant.

Install cases of bearings and tighten nuts of their fastening in two steps:

1. Previously tighten nuts in the sequence specified fig. 2.55 to a prileganiye of surfaces of cases of bearings to a head of cylinders, watching that adjusting plugs of cases freely entered the nests.
2. Finally tighten nuts the moment of 21,6 N · m (2,2 kgfs · l) in the same sequence.
Immediately after an inhaling of nuts of fastening of cases of bearings carefully remove the remains of the sealant which is squeezed out from gaps at an inhaling in the zones interfaced to laying of a cover of a head of cylinders and to the case of auxiliary units. Not the remote polymerized sealant remains in the specified places will lead to an oil leak through consolidations.
Mandrel 67.7853.9580 press a new epiploon of the camshaft, previously having oiled it engine. From the back party of a head of cylinders establish a cap with laying.
Establish the taking-away cooling shirt branch pipe with laying and the sensor of temperature.

Put on hairpins of a head of cylinders of laying and establish a final collector and an inlet pipe. Fix them by nuts together with an arm 6 (see fig. 2.9) and the screen 7.
Establish a stage of nozzles with nozzles and the regulator of pressure of fuel and attach it bolts to a head of cylinders. Oil sealing rings of nozzles before installation engine. Establish a plait of wires of nozzles and connect wires to nozzles.
Establish a receiver with laying and an arm of fuel-supply lines and attach it nuts to an inlet pipe and an arm 6. Establish the vacuum hose going from a receiver to the fuel pressure regulator.
Establish tubes of a supply and discharge of fuel, having attached them to a fuel stage, to the regulator of pressure of fuel and to an arm on a receiver.
Attach to a receiver a throttle branch pipe with laying. Attach to a throttle branch pipe a hose of the exhaust ventilation of a case idling.
Turn in a head of cylinders of a spark plug and sensors of the index of temperature of cooling liquid and a control lamp of pressure of oil.
Adjust gaps in the valvate mechanism after installation of a head of cylinders on the engine.
