The main sizes of a bent shaft are given in fig. 2.41.
Bent shaft — cast, pig-iron, five-basic. The possibility of regrinding of necks of a bent shaft at repair with reduction of diameter on 0,25 is provided; 0,5; 0,75 and 1 mm.
Axial movement of a bent shaft is limited to two persistent half rings. They are inserted into nests of the block of cylinders on both sides of the average radical bearing, and from the back party the ceramic-metal half ring (yellow), and from the forward party — steel-aluminum is put. Half rings are made two sizes — normal and increased on thickness by 0,127 mm.
Inserts of bearings of a bent shaft — thin-walled, steel-aluminum. The top inserts of 1, 2, 4 and 5 support of a bent shaft with a flute on an internal surface, and the lower inserts — without flute. Connecting rods (top and lower) also without flute.
Repair inserts are made the increased thickness under the necks of a bent shaft reduced on 0,25; 0,5; 0,75 and 1 mm.
Flywheel — pig-iron, cast, with a napressovanny steel gear rim for launch of the engine a starter. The flywheel by a cylindrical ledge on a flange of a bent shaft is aligned.
On the back plane of a flywheel about a gear rim there is an adjusting tag in the form of a conical hole. It has to be against a conrod neck of the fourth cylinder.
